Who may participate in the WorldHotels Business Advantage Program?
WorldHotels' Business Advantage Program is open to any qualified company, regardless of location.
Can all the WorldHotels Rewards (WHR®) points go to one main account so that the company gets the points and not the company travelers since our company is paying for their rooms?
No. The program is set up to award the company a 10% bonus of all the nights earned from the company traveler’s stays, while the individual travelers earns the points for the qualified nights.
Why do the travelers each need to have their own WorldHotels Rewards account?
This is necessary to link the travelers to the company account so that the 10% bonus of the nights earned by the company travelers’ stays can be automatically issued to the company. It is also necessary so that each traveler in the company receives the elite recognition and rewards for the business they provide to WorldHotels.
How do I enroll/add new employees to my Business Advantage account?
Please send an email to businessadvantage.wh@bwh.com along with the employees first name, last name, email address and WH Rewards number if applicable.
Why is it necessary to provide an email address for each company traveler?
This is important so that we can provide each traveler with the Corporate ID and information necessary to receive the 10% discount as well as the WorldHotels Rewards account number so that each traveler and the company can receive the points for their nights booked at WorldHotels. It also allows us to keep each traveler and company updated on their point balance, program updates and special offers.
Why can’t we get one rate for all WorldHotels properties?
Our hotels offer competitive rates for their geographic region and vary based on the season.
Will WorldHotels Rewards cards be sent to the travelers so they can remember their account number?
Yes, if the traveler is new to the WorldHotels Rewards program as a result of the company enrolling in WorldHotels Business Advantage, then they will receive a membership card to the address on the account within 2 to 4 weeks of enrollment. A confirmation and welcome email will be sent within 3 to 5 business days after enrollment with the WorldHotels Rewards account number.
Is there a fee for enrolling in the program?
No, there are no fees associated to this program.
I have reservations made under the (AAA or Government or etc.) rate; will I still get points under the Business Advantage Program?
As long as the WorldHotels Rewards account number associated to the company or the individual traveler is on the reservation, then the points will be issued even if the reservation wasn’t booked using the Business Advantage rate.

What is the difference between a Corporate Account ID and a WorldHotels Rewards number and why do we need both?
The Corporate Account ID is necessary to ensure you receive the discount when making a reservation on worldhotels.com or when calling our Central Reservations Office. The WorldHotels Rewards number is necessary for both the individual traveler and the company to receive points for nights booked at WorldHotels properties.
When our employees' book with WorldHotels, would our company also accumulate points from their nights booked if they use our Corporate ID -- even if they are not enrolled in the program?
The Corporate ID only ensures that the traveler receives the discount. All travelers in the company need to be enrolled in WorldHotels Rewards to receive points for WorldHotels nights booked. The Business Advantage program is set up to award the company a 10% bonus of all the points earned from the company traveler’s qualified nights, while the individual travelers earn the points for the nights booked.
How much is the WH Advantage Member Discount?
Qualified businesses may receive a discount of 5-10% based on country of the hotel and room availability.
How many points are accumulated per night?
For the individual traveler, they will earn 10 WorldHotels Rewards points for every U.S. dollar spent on their room rate. The company will earn a 10% bonus from the nights booked that the travelers earn.
How many points do you need to redeem for a free night?
Point redemption levels vary by property. Please visit worldhotels.com for more information on the different free night award levels, as well as the other many ways you can use your points.
If I sign my company up for WorldHotels Business Advantage, will I be able to get direct billing so my travelers won’t have to use their own credit cards?
Direct billing is arranged with each individual property, we do not offer centralized billing. Please contact the hotels that you frequent to discuss direct billing.
I travel to Europe; can I get the same discount there?
WorldHotels Business Advantage points and perks are earned globally.
What if some of my company travelers don’t have an email address? Can they still be enrolled in the program?
Yes, they can still be enrolled in the program. While it is not a requirement, having an email address on the account is important so that we can provide each traveler with the Corporate ID and information necessary to receive the 10% discount as well as the WorldHotels Rewards account number so that each traveler and the company can receive the points for their nights booked at WorldHotels. It also allows us to keep each traveler and company updated on their point balance, program updates and special offers.
