The team managed to shift the focus back to providing world-class service and having passionate people on property to help build long lasting relationships with guests! The workshop helped build intimacy between the team internally, and allowed them to truly embrace and appreciate each other’s hard work and attitude at property level, improving communication between departments that typically did not converse with each other, and helped form this unbreakable bond.
The bar has been raised in terms of the standards each staff member displays when it comes to satisfying guests. Each department now supports each other whenever possible, ultimately closing the gap between the divisions.
