Head to the Fashion Outlets of Chicago in Rosemont to shop more than 150 brand name stores with discount merchandise. The venue is also home to a food court and you’ll find some other great places to eat within a short drive of the outlet center. The Chicago Premium Outlets in Aurora, about 45 minutes west of Chicago, and the Gurnee Mills shopping complex about 45 minutes north of Chicago are some other popular outlet shopping centers to explore around Chicago.

Exploring some of the historic districts around the state is another great reason to go shopping. From Galena to Woodstock, you can head to a number of destinations to explore boutique stores, art galleries, and antique shops. Woodfield Mall

First opened in 1971, Woodfield Mall is located in Schaumburg in the northwestern suburbs of the Chicago metropolitan area. Currently the nation’s fifth largest shopping center, Woodfield Mall features over 300 stores across 2.2 million square feet.
