Downtown Calgary

Cross the sleek glass Peace Bridge above the Bow River and relax in Prince’s Island Park, which hosts many public events like concerts, the Canada Day celebration, and Calgary Folk Festival. Want a more action packed day? Stanley Park along the Elbow River is a perfect spot for picnicking, swimming, canoeing, lawn bowling in the summer and tobogganing in the winter months.

Drive west on the scenic Tunnel Mountain Drive for a day trip to Banff National Park and Yoho National Park to view some of Canada’s most breathtaking natural wonders including: Lake Louise, the “Jewel of the Canadian Rockies”; gorges at Johnston Canyon; the majestic Victoria Glacier; powerful Takakkaw Falls; and the expansive scenic  trails at Kicking Horse Pass. Along the way you may spot deer, elk and bears. While in Banff, ride to the top of the mountain in a gondola for incredible views then cruise Lake Minnewanka.
