Position Summary
Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents. Close sales transactions. Consistently achieve revenue goals. Provide quality customer service.

Job Requirements 
Possess fluency in English and Italian along with one or more of the languages listed below. Demonstrate good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Work flexible shifts that may include weekends and public holidays. Be client and detail oriented. Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft office programs required.
