The non-branded Affiliation is for hotels that want to benefit from the collective strength of a global hotel brand whilst still retaining their individual character and unique identity. This package is offered at a fixed monthly fee and includes all the services you need to be successful. PROPOSAL

Branded Solutions

Worldhotels is the ideal alternative to standard franchise agreements. Four- and five-star hotels competing against global chains can brand themselves as a Worldhotel, keeping their local strong name and benefit from the impact, support and strong return on investment of a global brand while still maintaining their operational freedom. Hotels that choose the Branded Solution receive the complete range of product and services for a fee based on net rooms revenue. PROPOSAL

Hotel Groups Solution

Worldhotels has long experience working with Hotel Management Groups, small hotel groups like Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, Ameron Hotels, Fleming's Hotels and many more to provide a total group partnership offering also distribution technology for non affiliated Hotels in order to maximize the benefit as a group working with one partner. Additionally Manchise - a Mix of Franchise and Management partnership with Worldhotels can take various forms, but within different regions we provide a “Franchise Light” master contract called “Full Licence” to management companies, that are interested to implement the “Worldhotels Brand” in a specific Region/Country. Essentially for the operations company it would be a hybrid of franchising with Worldhotels and management contract with the owner of the hotel real estate.
