Why is the special offer I want to book not available?

All offers are subject to availability and allocation of rooms. When this allocation is reached, the hotel cannot accept any more bookings at these rates, although the hotel may not be full. Please refine your search to check if other rates at the requested hotel or an alternative hotel are available.

Are the rates on your website per person or per room?

The rate range displayed at Worldhotels.com shows a first indicative price range for single rooms of the different room types available at the hotel. Final pricing will be calculated during the booking process, based on the number of persons in your booking. The total price displayed in the second step of your booking process is for the room type and rate you selected for the total number of guests in your booking.

Are taxes included in the rates shown?

Taxes often depend on the location of the property. You will find the relevant information in the rate description displayed in the details during the booking process and included on your confirmation e-mail.

Do you offer special discounts(for seniors citizens, airlines employees, ect?)

How can I cancel or modify my booking?

Generally you can always cancel your booking or modify your dates as long as the reservation is active and the cancellation policy allows the amendment. Please carefully read the cancellation policy before finishing a booking. You will also find details of such restrictions in your reservation confirmation.Access our Modify & Cancel page

How I request connecting rooms or an extra bed?

This will depend on each hotel’s policy and availability. Once you have checked the availability for a specific hotel for the requested dates, you can access the room description by clicking on the room name in the booking process. Leaving a note in “Remark” is not a guarantee. If the information about availability of extra beds or connecting rooms is not specified, please contact the hotel directly and check with them.

How do I pay for my acommodation?

The majority of bookings shall be paid directly at the hotel. Only a few reservations – special advanced purchase rates, for example – must be paid for in advance via a credit card. You will find further information in the relevant rate description of the hotel displayed in the second step of the booking process and included in your confirmation e-mail. If the owner of the credit card is different from the person travelling, please contact the hotel before the arrival date in order to clarify the payment conditions.

How can I get a costs MICE proposal?

After your selection of one or more hotels, you will be prompted to supply additional information about your requirements and contact details. When completed, just click ""submit"" and your request (RFP) goes directly to the chosen hotels. Alternatively you could directly access our ""GET A QUOTE"" section.A Group Desk professional in your region will respond with a standardised offer comparing your selected properties within 24 hours (next workday for international requests). That same professional will be available to you for consultations all the way through to the contracting of your venue.
