Coordinator Global Revenue & Distribution (m/f)


One of your key roles as Coordinator is the effective management of the CRS and related tools/channels to transfer the highest level of knowledge to our affiliated hotels and worldwide clients. You should proactively assist in optimizing our existing operational processes as well as setting up new structures and procedures related to the services and technical solutions we offer.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Integration of new hotels in CRS/OTA/GDS
  • Set-up of internet booking engines for hotel websites
  • First level support for affiliated hotels/travel agents in all distribution queries
  • Customer service support for travel agents and hotels
  • Central rate & data loading and distribution connection
  • Conducting quality checks and monitoring functionality
  • Involvement in global projects

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Ideally 2-3 years working experience in travel industry (hotel, hotel-chain, OTA, Travel Agency, etc.)

  • Fluent in English and German (spoken & written), third language appreciated

  • Ideally knowledge of distribution systems: GDS, OTA, Internet Booking Engines and CRS

  • Customer Service oriented

  • Decisive, target-oriented and proactive

Trainee Global Revenue & Distribution f/m


Our young & dynamic group is seeking an enthusiastic Trainee for relevant projects and daily tasks in an international environment. You will get a good understanding on Revenue Management and distribution channels in the hotel industry.

 

Responsibilities

  • Be part of the project team to implement Worldhotels new IBE (Internet Booking Engine) and OTA's (Online Travel Agencies) globally for Worldhotels. You will work on the set-up and roll-out to Worldhotels affiliated & Full Licence Model hotels
  • Daily tasks like central hotel support, rate loading, maintenance, hotel integration, customer service and  commission handling
  • Opportunity to work for other selected departments

Trainee Corporate Communications (m/f)


Our PR and Communications department is responsible for reaching out to our staff and hoteliers worldwide, as well as managing our Public Relations efforts in Europe, Middle East and Africa.


During an eight to twelve month traineeship, you will be part of the communications department of a global hotel group and get insights into all of our means of communication. You will support the team in all activities while building valuable skills and growing your areas of responsibility.


Responsibilities

• Copy writing, editing and creating mailings and newsletters in English
• Managing database, content management and e-mailing systems
• Copy writing and editing content for communication with staff and hoteliers


Your profile
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English

Coordinator Negotiated Rates & IT (m/f)


For our Regional Head Office in Singapore

Responsibilities

  • To support the Manager Negotiated Rates & IT Solutions, ensuring the smooth, seamless, accurate rate loading, and connectivity of all negotiated rates, in a timely and efficient manner for all affiliate hotels in Asia Pacific.

  • To support the PRO Department in the preparation and delivery of TRUST reports, and administrative issues, enabling the Account Managers and Manager Negotiated Rates & IT solutions, to evaluate affiliate performance and identify opportunities to maximize room night production and room revenue from WORLDHOTELS.

  • To support the APAC Sales Department in the preparation and upload of Corporate RFP's, and administrative issues, enabling the Sales Managers to be actively chasing new business opportunities for our affiliate hotels, as directed by the Manager Negotiated Rates and IT solutions and/or Senior Director of PRO

 

Your profile

  • Diploma holders with min 3 years' related experience

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • A self-driven, self-motivated, independent and strong team player

Group Desk Executive (m/f)


The Group Desk Executive shall provide all administration and sales support to two Director of Sales Asia. The role is responsible for generating and confirming group business for Asia sales.

 

Liaising with clients and affiliate hotels from negotiation to logistics requirements of groups such as rooming list, meeting requirements and so forth.

 

Responsibilities Sales:

  • Create, monitor, co-ordinate between affiliate hotels and clients, liaise with clients and hotels on logistics arrangement for confirmed group business

  • Maintain a close working relationship with Corporate, PCO & events companies with the aim of increasing the reach and production of group segment by adopting the relevant sales strategies / initiatives set by both Director of Sales Asia & Assistant Director of Sales, Asia

  • Solicit new group leads through Telemarketing or sales calls

 

Administration / Reports:

  • Submit various sales activity report in the required format and in a timely manner

  • Database maintenance and development

  • Stock taking of giveaways, brochures, directories as well as order taking and forwarding of materials to the respective sales offices

  • Filing of all correspondences and housekeeping for Asia sales

  • Any ad hoc reports required by senior management.

  • Handle Clients and answer all inquiries from Clients / Hotels

Your profile

  • Diploma holders with min 3 years' related experience

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and fluent in both English and Chinese

  • A self-driven, self-motivated, independent and strong team player

  • Positive attitude and result-oriented personality
