1st i never been on 5 star resort must be clear maybe i am wrong but how this place can be 5 stars if the staff don't speack english only some inthe front desk how this place can be 5 stars if their towell are old & ruined ? theey no room with direct acces to the beach the beach is 200 meters from the hotel there is no passage you have to walk onthe hot sand !! the staff is never ready to wellcome you always sleeping somewhere!! next time never be in a furama !! it is a waste of time it is realy frustrating to listen sorry to listen 1 minut pls & after 10 minutes no result we are talking about 1300$ for 3 night in vietnam you should expect more !!! you should expect a room on the 1st floor not on the 2nd floor !!

We stayed here with friends after some very busy sightseeing around Vietnam. It was the perfect place to relax and be pampered. The rooms lived up to the 5 star rating - the hotel has recently been renovated. The customer service, from the moment we arrived made us feel valued.The foot massage by the pool was one of the highlights, but the service overall was exceptional. We really enjoyed the range of foods and the shopping was pretty good too. We loved our stay!

I stayed here for 3 days during a recent work trip to Danang. I am impressed with the level of service and even more so with the hotel itself. It is well-kept and clean. There are 2 pools, 1 facing the beach and the other, the garden. It provides alternative depending on your mood. The proximity to Danang beach is 2mins, I walked bare-footed there. Provides free wifi so excellent as this is my work trip. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Danang!

I was lucky enough to stumble upon Furama Danang. I was organizing my husbands SUPRISE 40th Birthday gift, a trip to Vietnam. We haven't done the resort thing before but I thought it would be special. Furama didn't disappoint. From the moment we were picked up at the airport by the most welcoming employee from Furama our holidays truly began. On arrival a unique Dragon Fruit drink was presented to us, check-in was seamless, they had all of our details. Our room was pleasant, a Garden room, quiet, close to all amenities. (no bath though) bed was a bit too firm, but I put a quilt under and made it a bit softer. Amazing buffet breakfast, great Happy Hour, hubby had his first Long Island Ice Tea (why not hey?) whilst the band were Asian, they played western songs and very well. Pool side we were spoilt too, towels provided and laid out for you on arrival, umbrellas strategically positioned to ensure limited sunburn and drinks were served poolside. I booked a scuba lesson for my husband and I snorkeled, beautiful morning, well trained staff able to safely and securely ensure we were looked after. I was extremely ill one day (my own fault eating something I shouldn't have in Hoi An) I called the Resort doctor as I couldn't move from my room. She came and saw me every two hours, provided medication and was unbelievable. Being alone and extremely sick she made me feel safe and well cared for. I can not speak highly enough of this experience! One the same day late in the evening I needed to put something solid in my tummy, so we ordered a plate of bread through room service, when it arrived it also had a SUPRISE birthday cake for my husbands 40th (which was actually on the day I was ill) they remembered!!!!! The entire team at Furama were an absolute delight, nothing was too hard they always made you feel welcome and safe. Which for me is paramount. We will go back! Thank you to the entire team at Furama, you made our holiday very very special!

We stayed for five days and were really happy, despite the colder weather of the last 2 days. right from the welcome drink and booking in, we were impressed with the staff - they are obviously well trained and also have a naturally positive attitude! It was like the staff were all so chuffed to be working there and wanted the visitors to love it too! The restaurants were fantastic and the happy hour was terrific value so long as you like the Asian musical band. The pool is gorgeous, the beach amazing and the spa treatments were luscious.This is a superior resort and highly recommended. The breakfast buffet is amazing!
