If you're looking for a clean room with comfortable beds in a great location at The Florida Mall in Orlando then this is the Hotel for you. It felt like there were more business people on conference & airline crew on layovers, than actual tourists, which gave the hotel a different ambience. I'd describe the staff as friendly & courteous with very good customer service skills. On the ground floor there is a Bar, a Restaurant, a Starbucks, and a small grocery Shop at the entrance to the Shopping Mall. There's also a gym, a small outdoor swimming pool with sun beds & a hot tub. If you are in Orlando more for shopping and chilling out or if you are in the area on business then I think this is the perfect place to stay.

From the front desk staff (Tara) to the bellmen to the various staff everyone was absolutely accomodating and wonderful- the facilities were great- my best experience at a conferenc ecneter ever- would highly recommend it for others considering a location- for both the in hotel services as well as parking and the presence of the mall right outside the door

Went there on a conference hosted in the hotel. Service is good, rooms are clean and comfortable. You got everything you would expect from this kind of hotel (situated in a big shopping mall - which gives you plenty of free parking just outside the hotel). Location is quite convenient to park areas in Orlando. Most of the hotel is renovated, so quality overall is good - including conference room. One negative thing: t there's no free wifi in the conference rooms - and you cannot even buy it!!! - this is incredibly annoying, but apparently the only solution is for the conference organizers to buy it bulk for all participants.... this is crazy.

This hotel was amazing, By far the best venue we have had. Overall the staff and facilities were outstanding. All of our events were extremely complicated, but the Staff was able to accommodate us in every respect. We did not hear one single negative comment from any of our 300+ attendees. Would do it again .....no question.

Booked & stayed at this hotel for 2 nts from 15th May 2012. Was exactly what we wanted & needed - staff great & clean, well cared for room. Was perfect for us as not far from Orlando Airport after a long flight & picking up a car to drive on opp side of road so didn't want to go too far. Husband needed to be near the Florida Turnpike for a fishing pickup & also near the Bass Pro shop to visit and I wanted to be near the shops and there were plenty of them (I love Dillards) as we had already been to theme parks before but they are not far anyway if you have a car. Booked online via Olotels & got a rate of $99 & the hotel charged a $13 resort fee pn but saved that in buying meals at the food court just inside the centre & the unique location surrounded with shops was worth it. Very happy with the choice I made & would stay there again.
