We were upgraded to a studio suite upon arrival. The room was very nicely appointed, the bathroom was great and spacious and the little kitchen was very handy. All in all, a very nice room, much improved over last stay a couple of years ago. I was impressed that they had concierge both on the day and evening shifts.

Nice hotel and location, but the service was lacking. When we first arrived in our room, parts of the carpet were damp from being recently cleaned. The tv remote was missing and it took over an hour for one to be brought to the room. The stopper mechanism for the tub was not connected so I couldn't take a bath in the jetted tub. When we reported these items to the front desk staff, they appeared very unconcerned and unapologetic.

Got a good deal for this hotel through hotels.com and we were not disappointed. On arrival we were put in a gorgeous 1 bedroom suite with a full kitchen and a balcony on the 3rd floor. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the charming lady concierge (Datsy -sorry if I am misspelling the name). Would definitely stay there again.

Recently stayed at the Kimberly after seeing a show. We had a suite on the 23rd floor with a balcony. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived when Harry the dooman greeted us and valet parked our car, then had another warm reception from the front desk staff - very efficient and friendly. We had brunch Upstairs on Sunday morning, and Alex the chef continued the fabulous service............the suite was lovely, and very spacious, great view! Highly recommend this hotel.

Have just returned from a great 4 night stay at the Kimberley hotel. We were allocated a suite on the third floor which did not have a great outlook. When I asked the front desk if we could be moved, it was not a problem and we were give a 17th floor room with a balcony. Although we did not venture out on it much the view was superb. The rooms were huge and very comfortable. The desk staff doormen and maids were all very friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. If we are ever back in New York this is the hotel I would stay in.
