A family of four, we recently stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. Agree with great location and large rooms. We also found the breakfast okay but expensive. After trying it one day we found better value elsewhere. Wifi was both slow and expensive. Front office staff were not friendly-almost robotic.One security guard hostile to everyone. We asked the concierge to arrange a taxi to the airport. Quoted S$50, I rang the taxi company direct and the fee was less thanS$20. Both the duty manager and concierge totally useless. Never again!

This hotel is in a great location. Close to Orchard Road. Staff were more than helpful and the room was massive. If there was one drawback then it would be the range at breakfast, however this isn't enough to stop us staying again. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with children.

Starting at check-in they tried to give us single beds when a double room was booked. They had doubles just trying to get one over on us! Breakfast uses the cheapest food possible. First time since I was a kid fried Lunch Meat. Every dish low quality! Taste was just not there. Bread was fresh but low quality flour used! Do not expect anything more from the staff then they have to do. Not enough chairs in Lobby when people waiting for tour pick-up. TV did not have HBO or something similar. Low quality all around. For the same price you can do better. Will never use again. Give this place a miss!

Hotel was OK with good location. Breakfast was just average and a bit pricey....pool area is OK too.

This hotel is expensive yet you have to pay extra for wifi and the tv only have a few analog channel. Also the hotel is not a 10 minute walk from the MRT instead at least 20 minutes and not easy to find. I will NOT come back in this hotel .
