We are using the meeting facilities at Al Khozama on a monthly basis and we are so happy with the service they are providing. The meeting room staff are very helpful. The only challenge we are facing is with the AV equipments since they are not up to the standards especially the projectors. Overall, you deserve a very good rating based on our experience with you.

i had a good stay, service and location good. My trip was for a business trip but had a relaxed time at the hotel.

I've stayed here from time to time for 18 months. There's a wide selection of very good resturants (including those in the Faisalaya next door), and I must mention the 'Caravan' for particularly good service - ask for the Chef's special if the static menu doesn't inspire - I've not been disappointed. Service is outstanding - efficient, helpful and friendly, without being pompous - a rare feat.The rooms could do with brightening up but are always clean. Well worth a visit.

I have been staying at al khozama hotel for at least one week per month for the last 10years You can say that i am in love with every service in it,and not to be exagerating i only have one negative comment about this hotel which is the prices in room services .the food her is very european style in taste which is great and in size which is small and in price which is little bite over Other than this comment i am sure that you will never accept any other hotel I would like to mention that the staff grade is outstanding

I have been staying at the Al Khozama hotel for many years now and have always been impressed by the high levels of service and the personal touch. Yes, the hotel is old and the rooms small but not many hotels in Riyadh offer breakfast with silver cutlery. Excellent value for money in Riyadh.
