Overall Service was good. Located in the Expo area , but just next to metro line that takes you downtown in 15 minutes , same by taxi. Only 15 mins by taxi to airport . Lifts a bit slow. Responsive support in case of any glitches. As suggested by the check person , signed up for a GHA Discovery card which gives you free Internet and choice of newspaper. Note that all in the room all amenirties are charged including the coffee capsules !

Tivoli Oriente Hotel was amazing. Staff were frendly and wonderful. Restaurant and bar was also excellent, highly recommend.

I was there on a business travel. The location is on of the strenght point of this hotel alongside with a good selection at the breakfast. The rooms are ok, the bathroom is acceptable but one would expect a bit more in terms of quality and age of furnitures. One problem i had was with the internet connection, the wireless (free) signal is not strong enough to skype and incredible enough, altough the hotel is just in front of the Vodafone headquarter the strenght of the mobile netwrok ( i have vodafone connect key) it's low and skype is not good.

The price/quality rate is very good. Booked it for a businesstrip. Nearby airport and trainstation.

Pleasant hotel, rooms of good size and well appointed. Staff helpful, but relaxed. Bar was fine and breakfast okay
