I stayed one night on a really busy weekend in Warsaw in this Hotel. Super friendly and well-prepared staff at the front desk, the porter, the woman at tourist information, at the bar and as well during breakfast in the morning. Definetely would recommend an Executive room if you would like to enjoy that nice view over the city center. Also breakfast was the money worth with a good selection of hot and cold meals. The room was perfectly cleaned and ready 2 hours before check-in time, at 12! I will go back here during my next stay in Warsaw, for sure!

Convenient location, friendly & helpful staff, clean & well provided rooms and all at very reasonable cost for central location. Only critcism was that tv control was overly complex and sound cannot be silenced or even made quieter on bathroom speaker... Why anyone wants to hear the tv when they are using the bathroom is beyond me.

I nice respit from the hustle of Warsaw. Professional staff, great, great breakfast, clean, and new. Well located, within walking distance of old town. The only two problems; one, it seems that the biggest hotels charge for WiFi, $15 a day and it is slow. Free WiFi Is offered EVERYWHERE!!! why in a first class hotel they insist on charging? In addition, there are two computers in the lobby, there Is no time limit and people sit on them for hours. second, we LOVED the staff in Bojangles, the hotel bar, but every night we were there there were 2 children allowed in the bar and all they did was run around screaming! Not a relaxing atmosphere. In addition to the screaming, they ran around sticking their grubby hands in the all the peanut bowls.

The hotel can be reached from the central railway station in about 5 min. on foot. Many bus lines stop in front of the hotel to take you to other parts of town (like the old town and the airport). The rooms were quite large, nicely decorated with comfortable beds and chairs, had air-conditioning, a TV, minibar, all the stuff you expect to see in a good business hotel. As with most business hotels, internet access comes at a (far too high) extra charge. The rooms are very well sound proofed against the noise on the big street in front of the hotel. Staff were professional and helpful. All in all good value for money. Highly recommended for a good night sleep before traveling onwards by train or plane.
