Stayed at this hotel at the beginning of May with friends as part of a birthday celebration! It is in a beautiful, quiet area of Amsterdam.Rooms well appointed, beds large and comfortable. All the staff were pleasant and efficient. We tried the Chef's Menu one night which was interesting and not too expensive considering it's in a city also the breakfast. The tram stop is almost at the end of the road and would recommend a tram pass as it's slightly out of the city.We all enjoyed the hour canal cruise particular although you are spoilt with the many interesting things to do here.

The Hotel is in a beautiful neighbourhood, close to tram stop so easy access to inner city. Very close to Museum District. However, don't rent their bikes they are too expensive - rather get a day pass for the trams. Also, a 5 star hotel should have free wifi access. Here they make you pay 9euro a day. This hotel is great, but rather 4 star than the assigned 5 stars.

Great hotel with easy transport links to the city. The in house restaurant was of a very high standard but quite pricey.Great though for a special occasion. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we booked tickets to the various attractions and museums at reception thus avoiding large queues at the venues. We were also able to book 3day tram tickets at reception making travelling around really easy.
