The design and layout of this hotel is good. The service and personnel wise speaks otherwise. Room was not made up, breakfast order not delivered. Complimentry fruit platter not delivered. We were promised late checkout but when uppn our confirmation we had to argue till hotel manager brings out the contract terms and conditions. Hotel staff pushes blame around and refuse to make small adjustment. It is disappointing how this hotel doesn't serve their guests, especially we paid more for a suite. Untill we know the management has been changed we refuse to stay in this hotel ever again.

This is an excellent Hotel and is directly opposite the Petronas Twin Towers, the Hotel deserves its 5 star status. The food is beautiful from Breakfast to evening and the service is second to none. It has a beautiful roof top lounge area over looking the Petronas Towers. The staff are very very professional, the Spa is beautiful and if you are looking for relaxtion it is perfect. I will stay at this Hotel again and i have no hesitation in recommending it for short or long stay

We stayed here for 3 nights on our way back to Melbourne from Langkawi. The room was pokey and a little run down. The slatts on the floor of the bathroom were broken and nearly stabbed my partner in the calf when he stepped on them. We (unfortunately) got a room facing the pre school which was not the best wake up call at 6.30am. Also from about 5am there were morning prayers being broadcast over a loud speaker, which we heard every morning. The only redemming feature of the hotel was the buffet breakfast each morning. It was delicious. and the closeness of the shops. If all you are doing is shopping ans sightseeing, then this hotel is okay, as all you will need is a bed....if yo want more than that out of your hotel (which i do) then this is not a luxurious hotel by any standards. More suited to the business, who flies in and out....

A great hotel within easy walking distance to KLCC and the Monorail... perfect hotel to spend a relaxing weekend away in... The Hydro pool is just want you need after a days outing away from the crowds and busy streets... Bathrooms are great with wooden slated floors... a nice touch from the usual cold hotel bathrooms.. TV Channels are however bit limited, but they do offer a large selection of compimentary DVD's to watch.

We stayed 2 nights during our first visit to Kuala Lumpur in April 2012. It was nice experience – wonderful room, comfortable bed, special glass wall shower, tasty breakfast, free internet, choice of free movies, view from windows (but be careful – some rooms face Muslim crematory), Sky Lounge on 13th floor with unbelievable Twin Towers and Minara view at the same time, Currency exchange at reception with quite fare rate. Early check in was a pleasant bonus. Smiling and helpful staff. Almost nothing to complain about except some little things: Dinner in lobby restaurant was average – it was disappointing a little, still not bad. Location of hotel – 5 minutes from Twin Towers. For your first visit it’s great but for second one I’d choose hotel closer to Bukit Bintang – shopping and eating irea of Kuala Lumpur. There are construction sites in front and to the right side of hotel at the moment. It’s not laud but not too attractive at day time.
