I stayed only 2 days but it was nice experience. They tryied offer good quality service and i really enjoyed my trip with Lotte hotel. Location is very nice to go somewhere in Seoul. also there are lots of shops for shopping nearby hotel. Staffs were very friendly.

I stayed in Lotte Hotel with my family for 4 nights. The rooms were really cleaned and well organized. Especially, the club lounge staffs were really kind and friendly. I had wonderful amazing nights with my family in the club lounge. I really would like to recommend this hotel.

I have visited several hotel but this place was the best one ! Very nice service, cozy rooms, and so clean & neat ! Location is very nice as well as the view from the room, I really would like to visit again ! All staffs were so friendly and so many multi language speaker. It is very awesome place and wonderful that I would recommend to all my friends !

We actually extended our stay in Seoul because we totally forgot that we have not visited the amusement park, and chose this hotel due to its location, and also because of its brand name, Lotte. We stayed in Lotte Jeju, and it was so fabulous, that we chose Lotte at Seoul for our trip extension. Sadly this hotel was not of the same standard as the one at Jeju - rooms were smaller, staff weren't as helpful. However the amusement park, and also the Lotte department store, was right next door. Kidzania is also nearby. Staff let us keep a room card when we checked out, that was nice because we like to keep a card to put in the album for memories' sake. No wifi in room, which is reeeeeeally a downer. Seriously all hotel rooms should have wifi in their rooms. Lotte (Jeju & Seoul) should start looking into this.
