Stayed there for 3 nights in May. Modern style hotel , very clean, great breakfast and helpful staff. The only draw back is you need a taxi in town , but still worth the stay.

I stayed at the San Ranieri for one night and I was very impressed. The hotel is ultra modern and that may not be to everyones liking, but each to their own, I loved it and would certainly recommend it to my friends. The staff on reception were warm, friendly, very helpful and professional. I didn't eat in the restaurant at the evening but in the morning the breakfast was more than adequate.

From beginning to end the warmth, welcome and friendliness extended to us was first class! We were a party of 9 with practically zero skills in talking Italian, the staff were wonderful, they prepared a sideroom for our party for dinner so we could be together without infringing on other guests and the chef was superb! We managed to tour Pisa and Florence by bus and train without a problem. We had superior rooms and 1 junior Suite which were all excellent. The food was beautifully prepared and presented. Totally modern hotel, all clean lines - check out the roof garden on the first floor. First class all round!

To celebrate my mother in law’s 80th birthday we along with my brothers and sister in law’s took her to Pisa where we stayed at the San Ranieri. From the moment we arrived (They collected us from the airport in their shuttle bus) we were very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We had dinner to celebrate the birthday on the second night, nine of us and they very kindly set up a big table in a private area. The food was excellent and the service first class, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very modern throughout and we all our rooms were very nice. All in all we couldn’t fault a thing and have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel. If the staff read this, then thank you again, especially the hard working bar man.

We stayed here one night before we flew out of Pisa. The hotel was clean. The decor was interesting. The staff was appropriately helpful, though not overly friendly. The shuttle to the airport was convenient. Otherwise, the hotel did not seem to be convenient to the tourist spots in Pisa. We had no time for mistakes with public transportation, so we took a taxi to see the Leaning Tower.
