We stayed here from 18 till 21 May and enjoyed every minute. Staff is very friendly and welcoming and very efficient at the same time. Room and bathroom are spotless, though limited in size. At the same time: we never had a bath towel in any hotel as big as the one we had here. At breakfast there is a great variety of bread, cake, fruit, juice as well as all sorts of other items. The hotel is near central station where busses arive from all Milan airports and where also a metro station can be found. Even nearer is the old tram, which is a much better experience than the metro. Only a few stops and you are in Milan's fashion district and a few stops more bring you to the Scala theatre and the Duomo. We can only recommend this hotel!

Stayed at Mediolanum for the weekend with my husband during a casual trip. Service was great. Staff was attentive to our needs and quick to react. The only drawback was no central air from 00:00 (midnight) on.... central air is only on from midnight to 6:00 am. We stayed at this hotel when the temperatures were in the low 80's (31 celsius) and at night the central air just acted like a fan! So it was quite uncomfortable so we opened windows, but noise from the street would wake us up from time to time. Everything else was fine. location good because of central station being just five minutes away.

Chose this for location, a short walk from the airport bus stop at Central Station, in the direction of the main shops and Duomo, in a quiet and safe street. Room was decent size, very clean, instant hot water, firm comfortable bed, we slept well. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, the staff were friendly and helpful. Online booking came in at £90 a night, good value.

Hotel is very near to train station, and has a good mix of restaurants around the area. The room is clean and very modern. One of the hotels which has better furnishings during my entire Europe trip. Breakfast was good, with many varieties of breads, etc to choose from. The server was also very friendly and helpful. Only drawback is there is no free wifi, and the wifi card for 24h is kind of steep (I can't remember correctly, but I believe is more than 10euros).

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a total of 3 nights. The hotel was in a great location; right next to central station, and about a 30 minute stroll into the city centre. The area the hotel was in was peaceful but not too far away from the attractions. We chose a Superior/Deluxe room, which was really clean and modern. The bathroom was really nice, we got new towels and accessories (e.g. shower cap, shower gel etc.) everyday. The room had electric shutters and blinds which was good to keep the light out when taking a nap after a long day. The bed was also very comfortable, and the use of the mini fridge was very helpful. We loved the idea of the chromotherapy, we thought this was a very unique selling point for the hotel. The room we stayed in was on the top floor and at the front of the hotel, I think we were quite lucky with this as when reading other peoples reviews they said it was quite noisy, but we did not experience this. When booking through an online travel agent we were able to leave a comment on our preference, so we asked for double bed as the rooms were advertised as twin/double, so I would advise you do do that as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bar area and lobby looked really funky, although we didn't have time to use these spaces. The breakfast was delicious; there was plenty to chose from. All in all we thought this hotel was great value for money and really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend to friends and anyone else looking to stay in a boutique style hotel.
