We have used this hotel several times on visits to family in Milan and will continue to use it. The staff are friendly and efficient - request for extra pillows was met within minutes. The decor is Italianate - some rooms have 'frescos' - the bathrooms are spotless. The breakfast menu is extensive for a Continental breakfast and includes eggs and bacon and spicy sausage. It is a few minutes walk from the metro which takes you into the city centre within half an hour - metro costs €1.50. Free wifi or, if you don't have a computer with you, access to the computer in the foyer.

Location: to far from center. 12 euro for taxi or 40 minutes for public transport (walking and metro). Price: to expensive for this location (my opinion). Rates raised from 130 euro per night (May 1) to 180 (May 10). Service quality was good. Parking and wifi were absolutely free – excellent. Breakfast was good. Staff was polite. Room was comfortable. Thanks for all.

Staff were very helpful, friendly and good source of local knowledge. Some great restaurants very close by. Transport close by also. Rooms are a little dated however were quiet and very clean. Would we stay again ... yes.

We had two stays within an 11 day period (we traveled to other locations in Italy halfway through our trip). The staff is extremely attentive, courteous and helpful. We dined within the hotel twice and while it is not an extensive menu, the food was quite good and reasonably priced and along with a standard set of items the menu offered a few specials each day. The rooms (we stayed in two different type rooms) were very comfortable and well maintained. The location is very convenient as the hotel is within 10m or multiple metro stops. We used the metro and tram to easily and quickly get from the hotel to Milan center every day. At night the area is more subdued than Milan center but there are several restaurants within walking distance. If you want to partake of the Milan nightlife you will need to take the metro or a cab. The breakfast buffet is extensive and the dining room has a panoramic view which makes for a nice atmosphere. One note about the gym: it is small though it does have multiple machines a few which were not working when we were there. The weight machine is not one of the better units you typically would expect to find at a higher end gym. So the gym is OK for a quick workout with the cardio machines the best bet. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Great clean, modern hotel with gym just outside of Milan City Centre. Free parking and Wifi and close to metro stop to get into the city within no time. Amazing breakfast buffet and very helpful staff. Would definetely recommend!
