Good Location, few minutes away from the Tube (South Kensington on Piccadilly Line). The room was pretty good and clean but only after an animated discussion with the manager at the reception who wanted to give us a very small room. At check out they charged the room plus an 'abstruse fare' by mistake and turn away the amount right after without apologizing for that. In other words, the hotel is good, the porters very efficient and kind but the front desk staff unhelpful and unfriendly.

My daughter and I stayed at The Regency hotel for one night. The hotel is located in a fairly quiet area. Although it is an old building, it has a very modern interior. Our room was quite small but adequate for one night. We spent most of the weekend in the Covent Garden area which is approx £15 cab ride each time as we didn't want to use the underground. The hotel staff were all very courteous and friendly.

This hotel is a short walk from the south Kensington tube, and within walking distance of many places to see. This hotel was just a few minutes walk from the restaurant we had booked for a meal that evening and we felt safe walking around this very lovely area. The hotel is very nice and the rooms were modern and clean, we booked online and paid £118.00 which seemed reasonable for the area.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location. Found the hotel room a bit small but think that's the norm. A short walk from either the South Kensington or Gloucester Rd. Stations - the area has lots to do nearby and is very safe. Hotel staff were helpful and courteous providing a very comfortable 4 night stay in central London. Would stay here again for sure.

Well situated in the center of London, the district of south Kensington is a relax place where to rest after a business day or a visit. The rooms have been well modernized. One of the best quality/price ratios ol London. The staff is attentive and devoted. Breakfast is nice and prepare you to enjoy your day.
