This hotel is located 10 minutes walking distance to all the main sights including the Frauenkirche, Zwinger, and Residenzschloss. There is also a tram stop opposite if you're heading to the main train station or to other parts of Dresden. I had a room with a view of the city skyline which was breathtaking. Ask for one on the top floors for the best view. The room was huge and spotless although the bathroom was quite basic. There was only a shower with a shower curtain. Wifi was not included in the price of the room and there was no air conditioner although I visited in winter so that wasn't a problem. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of options and the staff were very friendly. I would stay here again.

the hotel has a good location close to river/tram stop/old & new town.breakfast is good value & good buffet choices.bathroom is small but functional. rooms are just too hot & hotel badly needs air-con & pillows could be better support quality.11am check out is too early.

Good priced and well located you can't complain! The building is old style '60 but well renovated and fresh look. Staff is really friendly and hotel is superb clean! Breakfast buffet has everything you would need!

This is a good basic hotel in a great location. Located with views of the river, it is about 200 meters from the old town city center. Parking is located across the street in a public (unguarded) parking lot for 6 euros per day. Breakfast was excellent with large choice of items.

Great location, this hotel is very easy to access by tram from the railway station and is an easy 10 minute along the river to the Old City. Spectacular views across the city from the hotel - we were on the 11th floor. Reception staff excellent - provided great help and advice with a purchase I needed to make. Restaurant in a beautiful setting - food beautiful. Rooms are very spacious - bathrooms are quite compact. Excellent wifi connection to room but 8 Euros per 24 hours. Worth it for speed of connection
