Stayed 14-17 April 2012. This hotel is in a great location the metro station is just around the corner and the staff not only explained how to use the metro but helped with which station to get off at. Most of the staff spoke english. I had a room on the second floor over looking the courtyard, very quiet and had no problems sleeping. The bathroom was very modern, although there was a seat in the shower which was were most of the water was directed, apart from this one weird thing, i enjoyed my stay and would stay there again and recommend it. I had breakfast included which was good. There was free wifi in the room.

Great location, literally a few meters from Madeleine church and close to the Concorde Square and the Louvre. The hotel itself is nice and tidy and looks like it has been renovated recently. We got a room at the top floor towards the inner yard, so it was nice and quiet. The room had wooden floor and a nice smell of wood when entering - nice indeed. Further, there was access to free internet and electrical plugs for the computer. Only minus was that the door to the corridor almost didn't cover any noise and as the corridors are rather hard, the acoustics kept us very well informed about when our neighbours were coming and going. Would I come back? I am almost certain that I would visit this hotel again.

After reading previous comments about this hotel, I told our travel agent she was crazy to even consider booking us here. However, she insisted as she had a tour during the renovation and was impressed with the refurbishment, location and price. I was still skeptical but we booked it anyway. Needless to say, we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are lovely (the mattress was excellent -- slept like a princess), the location excellent and the service was great. I can't think of anything negative to say! I would imagine that in due time, the New Hotel Roblin will climb up in the Trip Advisor ranking of Paris Hotels.

recently renovated this is now my favorite hotel for my business trips in Paris. Centrally located near Madelaine, nice and clean rooms with parquet floors, cozy furniture and friendly staff. Well done!

I booked this hotel as it had just been renovated and I thought we may benefit from that. Moreover they had a good offer to celebrate the re-opening. I was slightly nervous because the hotel was opening only 3 days before our arrival... knowing how building work tends to drag on. But all was perfect. The staff was all smile and very friendly and helpful. The standard room is not big but the beds are great and all is very modern and bijou. You may find the decor a little dark but that is not unpleasant, just very modern. There is no noise if you have a room on the courtyard and you can rest and sleep very well: a luxury in a busy city as Paris. The location, near La madeleine, on a small quiet side street, is perfect for traveling by metro and very central. We have found our favourite hotel in Paris to return.
