We spent 3 nights in this hotel. The hotel is within 5mn walk of most of the Old Prague places of interest. The service was perfect. The staff is warm and of good advice for restaurants and visits. Large rooms with king size beds. Beds are really excellent. Excellent breakfast with a very large choice of food. Do not miss the visit of the ballroom in the hotel basement: an amazing place.

Location, Location , Location!This is a wonderfully located hotel.It is on a quiet street just off of the main "Old Town" area, making it very easy to get from one place to another. The rooms are very clean and well appointed.Breakfast was included and offered a nice selection of things to eat. The staff was knowledgable and very helpful while being very friendly - it was our anniversary and the hotel sent us strawberries and champayne! Also they arranged for a driver to pick us up and return us to the airport which, after a long flight, was great. ( no hidden charges- you already knew what you needed to pay) We would be happy to stay here again.

I can’t imagine a better location in Prague and the hotel has a nice breakfast buffet. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, though mine would have been a bit small for two people. It would be worth it to upgrade to a deluxe or superior room. The walls are a bit thin, so if there is a lot of activity in the hall, you’ll know it. The staff is courteous and professional. The only downside was waking up one morning to no electricity in my room and not receiving the wake up call I ordered two out of the five mornings. I will stay here again.

The location of this lovely hotel in the "Old Town" was perfect--very close to all the sights, but on a quiet street. The rooms were modern and immaculate, with all the conveniences you'd ever want (WIFI, etc), and a very friendly and helpful staff. We opted for including breakfast, which was a great idea, since the buffet had everything you'd ever want, and actually was enough to be our lunch a few times. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

I was in Prague several times, and I was in Grand Hotel Bohemia many times both for job and on holiday. I can no doubt say that this hotel is the best in Prague: it is in an optimal position (both for business and for amusement travel), in the center of Prague (Prague 1), near Namesti Republiky subway and near the tram stops. You can walk and reach in a few minutes the famous and beautiful square with the astonomic clock. The hotel is just close to the Powder Tower, and from it you can walk and reach all the most typical and beautiful places in Prague. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and large, with a big and very confortable bed and with a desk where you can work, connect to internet (in the hall there are also 2 pc with free internet all day). You can regulate the temperature in your room very easily. Service is very efficient, rooms are cleaned daily and carefully, staff is very kind and daily you receive the weather forecast for the day after and a sweet chocolate as present in your room. Breakfast is rich and variegated, food is high-quality. Staff is really professional and, at the same time, very friendly: they are always very helpful and ready to give informations, answer to your questions, and really nice. And the most important think: it feel like home!
