Loong Palace is a very excellent hotel for long time stay. i have now been on this hotel for 3 months and i have been very satisfy with the staff who is very helpful and working very hard to get you feel home, the room is very niece with a very nice bed so no problem with sleeping from the first day of stay, lot of diffrent facility: gym, svimming pool, indoor tennis etc, very good restaurants with great food,it is not near downtown but it only take from 35-60 min with a taxi to the center af Beijing it depends of traffic.

The hotel itself is lovely, every facility you could need; gym, swimming pool, squash, tennis, cinema, bowling, nightclub etc. Many different restaurants and high quality food. The staff are helpful and most do speak some English. Its not cheap though, food wise its more than you would pay in the UK, which means its way more than if you go to local Chinese places. I was there for work which was nearby, however it is a long way from the center of Beijing. If you want to be central try somewhere else. That said there were a lot of coach trips that came through so it must be well located for the main out of town attractions.

I have completed my 12th business trip to Changping in 14 months, staying each time at the Loong. One of these stays was 26 days in length, another just 6 days. The hotel and staff work very hard at being a first class stay, and nearly always achieve thier goal. From the numerous restauraunts, great laundry service, well equiped fitness center, two pools, bowling alley and clean rooms this hotel is a great stay. After the initial 3-4 visits to this hotel there was no reason to shop for another bed. The Loong helps to make my busy schedule manageable by taking care of everything but my job at the office. Well done Loong Palace.

Hotel is very well kept and clean. This goes for all common areas and rooms. Service is good, although it would be nice if more of the staff spoke English. Assistant Managers are awesome, Bruce was super helpful and went far and beyond my greatest expectations. Just a genuinely helpful and caring human being. Everything in the hotel quite expensive but that is to be expected in higher star hotels. Location is much to far from the "fun" parts of Beijing, but it was still accessible. I'd do it again.

Attended a meeting with many international visitors. Staff were great in attending to all our requests, however unusual to them. The Internet was slower and more restricted than I expected - but this was not due to the hotel. Front desk staff and IT support optimised what they could. The food was great - plenty of choice and quality - and two staff in particular (Jeffrey Yu and Jack Zhang) went the extra mile to help me find and wrap some porcelain tea cups to survive the long trip home. The hotel is quite far from the city center - but a very short drive to the train station. Great location for an international meeting.
