Generally you can always cancel your booking or modify your dates as long as the reservation is active and the cancellation policy allows the amendment. Once you have checked the availability for a specific hotel for the requested dates, you can access the room description by clicking on the room name in the booking process. Leaving a note in “Remark” is not a guarantee. If the information about availability of extra beds or connecting rooms is not specified, please contact the hotel directly and check with them.

You can find the address and contact details on the Hotel Detail page in sub-sections “OVERVIEW” or “MAPS”. You will also get them in the confirmation email, sent to you after you have completed your booking.

As soon as you have completed the booking process, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided. The hotel will download your reservation dates into the hotel’s system, so that they can prepare for your arrival.

As soon as you receive a confirmation with a valid booking number, you can be assured that your reservation is transmitted properly. You can either print it directly after finishing your reservation or simply wait for the confirmation in your personal e-mail inbox. No, the hotels mostly ask for your credit card in order to guarantee your reservation. This does not include immediate charges, unless it is mentioned in the rate description – special advanced purchase rates, for example. Please note that if the credit card number is invalid, the hotel might not accept your reservation.

As the credit card details are only needed for guarantee purposes, you can pay at the hotel using the payment method of your choice.

The majority of bookings shall be paid directly at the hotel. Only a few reservations – special advanced purchase rates, for example – must be paid for in advance via a credit card. You will find further information in the relevant rate description of the hotel displayed in the second step of the booking process and included in your confirmation e-mail. If the owner of the credit card is different from the person travelling, please contact the hotel before the arrival date in order to clarify the payment conditions.
